Terms of Service
Last updated: June 22, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Notch (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Accounts & eligibility
You must be able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for your account, your login credentials, and all activity under your account, and for the accuracy of the information you provide.
2. Acceptable use
Don't misuse the Service: no unlawful activity, no attempts to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access, no infringing others' rights, and no using the Service to send spam or harmful content. You are responsible for complying with applicable laws when booking and managing appointments and client data.
3. Your content & data
You retain ownership of the data you submit. You grant us a limited license to host and process it solely to provide the Service. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
4. Plans, billing & trials
Pricing is not final during development. When paid plans launch, fees will be billed on the cadence shown at checkout, and staff-seat add-ons will be billed per the plan you select. Pricing and plan features may change with notice.
5. Preview / development status
The Service is provided on a pre-release basis and may contain bugs, experience downtime, or change at any time. Features shown on our website may not be available yet. Do not rely on the Service as your sole system of record during this period.
6. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by Notch and its licensors and is protected by applicable laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.
7. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service or other users.
8. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Notch will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or profits arising from your use of the Service.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms as the product develops. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
