How does pricing work?
You pay per staff member, per month, on a sliding scale — your first 5 staff are $10/mo each, staff 6–15 are $8/mo each, and staff 16–25 are $6/mo each (26+ is custom). Each rate applies only to the staff in that range, so a 10-person team pays $90/mo. Clients are always free and unlimited.
Do my clients need to create an account to book?
No. You can invite clients directly, and they can optionally create a free self-service account to manage their own bookings.
Is there a free trial?
Yes — you can start free and explore Notch before picking a plan. No credit card required to begin.
What counts as a 'staff member'?
Anyone who provides bookable services and needs their own schedule — a tutor, stylist, trainer, clinician, etc. Clients are always free and unlimited.
How do reminders work?
Notch automatically sends booking confirmations and reminder emails ahead of each appointment, so you cut down on no-shows without any manual follow-up.
